5.3 An online application is done by the applicant by following procedures prescribed in the advertisement and a hard copy of the cover page / summary of personal data of application is posted to the college through EMS postage.
5.4 Selection of successful applicants based on qualification/requirements as stated in Article 2 and 4 of this policy document shall be done by the Academic Board of the College.
Publication of shortlisted candidates shall be posted on the college’s notice board/website of college and/or through text messages to prospective students. There shall also be information regarding closing date for the payment of admission fees.
Publication of final admission list is done on notice board / website of the college.
A final admission list shall contain only the names of successful applicants who have been able to pay their admission fees on or before the deadline for payment.
Successful applicants who fail to pay up the admission fees on or before the closing date for payment shall to lose their admission status to candidates on the awaiting list.
5.9 Admission letter with other necessary handbook / souvenir(s) where applicable are issued to prospective students for the student’s necessary preparation towards arrival at college on the re-opening date stated in the admission letter.
